Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS 
All bookings are subject to availability. Should your first choice of date not be available an alternative will be offered. Bookings need to be made 2 weeks prior to your chosen date.
Late bookings will be accommodated if there is availability.

Bookings can be made via website form, telephone or in person at our Dorking paintball centre. A deposit is required when booking to confirm your place. The deposit required varies depending on the package you book, details can be found on the price webpage.

On receipt of deposit you will receive an email confirming your booking, this email will include information on how to find the Dorking paintball centre, start times and contact details. A copy of our consent form will also be included so all party members can read and sign before the event date. You will need your booking confirmation details when you arrive on site to play.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hrs please contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

28 days or more notice before your event date a full refund will be given.
14 days or more notice before your event date we will allow you to rebook a new date up to 3 months from that point but no refund will be issued.
If you give less than 28 days notice no refund will be issued.

All cancellations and changes to participant numbers need to be made in writing and sent via post or email. The effective date of your cancellation notice will only be accepted and then acknowledged within standard working hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
Verbal notice of cancellation or changes in participant numbers will not be accepted under any circumstance. Cancellation emails to play@surreypaintball.com
If anyone fails to attend the event on the date booked, the deposit and paintballs for that person will be forfeited.

PAYMENT

Credit / debit cards or bacs are accepted via telephone or PayPal online with no extra charge at time of booking. If booking more than 4 weeks in advance you may pay your deposit by cheque.
Onsite you can pay with cash or credit / debit card. Card payments on site will incur a 2.5% charge. No cheque payments accepted on site.

GROUP BOOKINGS & ORGANISER DISCOUNTS

We require a minimum of 16 players to open our Dorking paintball centre or a guaranteed minimum spend.
Group discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and is dependant on the number of participant that play on the day. If at any time after your booking the size of your group is reduced your discount will be re-assessed. If the size of your group is smaller than the minimum requirement on the day you play the full fee will be required.
If you have arranged a private or insular party and on the day your group size is smaller than the minimum requirement the full fee will be required.
Organiser discounts only can only be applied at the time of booking and is dependant on the number of participant that play on the day.

BAD WEATHER

As with all outdoor events, we can not predict the weather and on the rare occasion your booking is cancelled by us due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances your booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date up to 3 months from the date of your original booking or a refund can be requested. Unless we contact you to inform you that the site is closed due to bad weather or other circumstances your paintball session will take place. If you choose not to play when we are open, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking. If in doubt call to check first.

YOUNG PLAYERS

The minimum age to play paintball is 10 years old.
Paintball players under the age of 16 need to have a parental consent form signed by their parent or guardian before they play paintball at the Surrey Paintball Centre.
Paintball players 13 years of age or younger will need to have a parent or responsible adult with them as they play. Paintball players 14 – 16 years of age will need to have a parent or responsible adult available on site as they play.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated start time to ensure you are not late for the safety briefing. All participants must attend the safety briefing before they play paintball. If you are going to be late you must inform us in advance of your start time or your booking may be deemed to be cancelled.
Any group or individual arriving later than 10am will forfeit any free or promotional items (lunch, pyrotechnics or paintballs)
Please allow for possible delays on route when planning your trip.

REFUNDS

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via post or email.
All refund requests will be investigated and a decision will be made on an individual basis.
All refunds will be limited to a maximum amount equal to what you have paid us.
No claims for additional costs or inconvenience will be considered. If you are offered an alternative date, event or product and you accept, no additional refund or compensation will be considered.

BEST DEAL

This offer is only valid at the Surrey Paintball Centre Dorking.
Advance booking is essential. Try to book at leased 14 days in advance.
Places are subject to availability.
When you book you will be required to purchase your first 200 paintballs for £12.00 (£6.00 per 100). This payment acts as a non-refundable deposit.
If anyone fails to attend on the date booked the deposit and pre paid paintballs for that person will be forfeited.
The day starts at 9am prompt and ends at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated start time to ensure you are not late for the safety briefing.
You will need to present your booking confirmation details on the day of your event.
Only paintballs and pyros purchased from the site shop on the day of your event can be used.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
All our standard terms and conditions still apply.

SITE RULES

All players must abide by the rules and regulations specified on the paintball consent form that all players must read and sign before playing.
It is the responsibility of the person signing the consent form to inform us of any medical condition or dietary requirement of the person named. We will not be held responsible for any failure to disclose information that is required for the wellbeing of any player.
We can not give consent for any person with a medical condition to participate; this is the responsibility of the individual.

All players must obey the directions and instructions of all Surrey Paintball Centre staff.
We reserve the right to exclude anyone deemed to be under age, unfit to play because of physical or mental impairment, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, aggressive and or abusive or considered to be a danger to themselves or others.
Only paintballs and pyrotechnics supplied by the Surrey Paintball Centre on the day of your event may be used. Anyone found to be using paintballs or pyrotechnics from another source will be excluded from the centre without a refund.
If anyone is excluded for any of the above reasons their booking is deemed to have been cancelled.

DATA PROTECTION

The Surrey Paintball Centre complies fully with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The data we collect and store relating to you is used primarily to deliver our service to you.
Your personal date will be processed fairly and lawfully and stored securely.
We do not store your credit / debit card information.
Your personal data will not be sold or given to any third parties unless required by law.

All bookings with the Surrey Paintball Centre will be subject to these terms and conditions without exception.
